SSC JE 2014 Cut off was released by SSC

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducted the SSC JE 2014 examination on 18 January 2015 for recruitment of eligible candidates against the post of Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Quantity Surveying and Contract). The examination was held on all India basis. The result for Paper 1 was declared by SSC on 12 December 2014 and on the basis of this result, candidates for appearing further for Paper 2 were shortlisted.

The SSC JE 2014 Cut off was issued by SSC in order to delimit/restrict the number of the candidates and to choose the best candidates out of the lot of lakhs of appearing candidates and to consider them for recruitment as Junior Engineers. Cutoff is referred to the minimum marks mandatorily required to be obtained by every candidate in order to qualify for the next round of selection process. If the candidate scores below the cut off listed marks then he/she will be rejected then and there and will not be considered further. The SSC JE 2014 Cut off was declared via official SSC notification dated 26 February 2015.

The notification for the SSC JE 2015 examination has also been issued by SSC. The 2015 examination will be held on 30 August 2015. Candidates interested will have to fill in the application form till 27 April 2015. On the basis of the cut off list of 2014, the cut off list for the SSC JE 2015 examination can be predicted. A rise of +10 or -15 marks can be expected in the cutoff for 2015. Following is the SSC JE 2014 Cut off list as issued officially by SSC, the candidates qualified as per these cut off were called upon further for the personal interview. The personal interviews were held in the month of March 2015.
