Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts Combined Medical Services (CMS) exam, every year, for recruitment of medical graduates in various central government organizations and services. CMS application form is a descriptive form where candidates are required to fill in personal. Academic and professional details. Application form will be available from 14th March 2015 till 10th April 2015. How can you avail CMS 2015 Application Form ?
For availing CMS application form, candidates need to follow the below mentioned steps.
1.Visit the official website of UPSC as application forms are available only.
2.Click on the specified link.
3.Fill in the required details. Here, candidates must enter complete and correct details. Incorrect or misleading information can lead to cancellation of form.
4.After filling up the application form, verify the entered information. Then submit it by clicking on “submit” option.
5.Once the application form is submitted, generate its print out for future reference.
UPSC CMS 2015 Application Fee Payment
CMS application form fee is very nominal and applicants belonging to general and OBC category have to pay Rs. 200 whereas SC/ST and female candidates are exempted from fee payment. Candidates can make the payment for CMS application form in following two ways.
I Online Payment
If candidates want to make the payment in online mode, they don’t have to go anywhere and from home only fee can be deposited. Candidates can make the online payment via net banking/debit or credit card. However, while making payment in online mode, candidates must ensure that bank account details are complete and correct.
II Offline Payment
If candidates have opted the offline method of payment then they will have to generate print out of the challan and deposit fee in cash at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI). Candidates should not forget to take student copy of payment which will contain all the payment details including signature of the concerned authority.
Points to remember about CMS 2015 Application Form
Candidates must submit the form before last date i.e- 10th April 2015 after which link will be disabled.
They must provide correct and valid email id’s in the application form as UPSC will carry all the communication through mails only.
They should also check their mails regularly and ensure that the email address ending with @nic.in are directed to inbox folder and not to spam folder.
They should not submit multiple applications. Incase if the candidate submits more than one application, then application with higher RID will be entertained by UPSC.
CMS 2015 Admit Card
CMS admit card also known as hall ticket is the vital document as it is the proof of applicant’s identity and authenticity. Candidates will only be allowed to attempt exam if they produce admit card at the examination hall. UPSC will release CMS admit card on its main website and candidates can download it by entering the necessary details.
